Are the properties on this website verified?
Listings marked “Verified” have been checked by our team: we have visited the property and seen the owner’s documents. For every property, please review the papers yourself (or with your lawyer) before paying any token amount.
What documents should I check before buying a property in Gurugram?
Ask for the title or sale deed chain, the approved building plan, the occupancy certificate (OC) for a built property, the RERA registration for a new project, the latest property tax and maintenance receipts, and a no-dues certificate from the society or builder. We help you collect and go through these before the agreement.
What do I need to rent out my flat?
A written rent agreement (registered where required), identity documents of the tenant, and tenant police verification, which is required in Gurugram. We share listings only after you approve the rent, deposit and terms.
How does a site visit work?
Choose “Schedule a site visit” on any listing or WhatsApp us. We call to confirm a time that suits you and the owner, and someone from our team goes with you. The exact address is shared once the visit is confirmed.
Do you charge brokerage?
Brokerage depends on the deal (sale or rent) and is agreed with you in writing before we start. We tell you the amount upfront; there are no hidden charges.
